"I went in to get my license renewed and came out having a colonoscopy done; must have mixed up my appointments up for the day. (Kidding) Dharla and Piper were absolutely amazing in streamlining my renewal process. Super knowledgeable and a great sense of humour.Keep up the great work you guys. "I passed my class 1 Melt programme and I went to airdrie registry to finalize my class 1 licence . When I reached there registry lady had no clue what suppose to do. She told me that melt programme is not updated in your profile so I need to call Alberta transportation. In real term she didn’t know how class 1 driving licence works. If you your melt is not approved than you are not allowed to write class 1 knowledge test . Once knowledge test is passed then only you can book and give road test. Both steps I did it and passed. I asked her can you call on behalf of me and she says no we don’t do that . I said it’s ok I will call. Then I call my training school and my training school reached out to Alberta transportation . Alberta transportation confirmed that my melt is done and approved . They just need to scan my melt completion certificate. Then I went to taradale registry in calgary and I did not told them single thing what happened at airdrie registry . Registry guy finished up everything and charged me. I asked him why airdrie registry couldn’t process and you could. He told me in order to finalize your test we have to scan your melt certificate and then you are good to go. I really do not recommend airdrie registry at all as staff doesn’t know what to do. I had a bad experience a week ago as well but I thought it happens once and while but same experience again on week that means not good CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never go to this place."

"Always an absolute run around at this place. Takes forever to get anything done and most of the workers have such an attitude it’s hard to even deal with them. Ridiculous how you get treated there most of the time. I’ve had 2 good experiences at this registry out of at least 2 dozen visits."

"I've been to this registry several times for my business and personal registry needs. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and very patient with some of the not-so-nice customers, from what I have seen. Good place to get your registry stuff handled!"
