"Paying for a membership is worth the money. For several years now I have the Premier RV membership, the two free towing helped me out immensely and saved me thousands of dollars. Line ups dissipate quickly, staff are helpful and friendly unlike most registries. AMA Is worth your time and money.. Lots of perks. I've never observed an angry customer here, I believe they're all at the registry by Coop. I'm at AMA for the better."

Katelyn C was the lady helping us. she greeted us with a smile and took care of my wife and i. absolutely amazing experience. total time (even with a line up) was 26 minutes from the time i arrived to the time i got into my car. two i.d’s and 4 vehicles as well as donor cards, and new photos. again, amazing service, amazing help by Katelyn! thank you!"

"I gave my road test here and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The whole place was well kept especially with the Covid requirements. All the staff were courteous and helpful right through. The examiner was polite and willing to answer any question. He followed all the protocols, and also ensured that I wasn't freaking out! "Today I had my road test for class 5 Advance. I was so nervous the last couple of days. However when I got to the registry the staff were very very friendly this help me calm. Then I met the examiner Darcy he made feel less anxious and less nervous he told me "don't think this is a test, pretend we are just out for a drive" with that mindset I started the road test and PASSED. Darcy made a big big difference he is an awesome person and best of all the best examiner you will ever have. Thank you Darcy."

"Great customer service!!! There was a lady that greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and she was very pleasant to all the customers while managing the flow to the place. The line moved fast and the staff was very quick and nice at the counters. I took my advanced road test with the instructor “Darcy” I believe (sorry if this is incorrect, just going with my memory) and he was also very nice throughout my test. I’ve taken the test elsewhere and the previous instructors made me feel very tense and nervous before/throughout the process. But the I instructor from AMA was very relaxed and casual while checking my driving. Told me to pretend that this was a “road trip and that he was the navigator” before we started, and thats exactly how I felt during my test. Got to the end and he explained everything I did correct and all the little mistakes to look for when I take my class 4 after. And of course I Passed, but didn’t even feel like a test as the instructor kept me calm. You cannot do this test being tensed, even if you’ve been a good driver for many years, so a great instructor makes all the difference. Anyhow.. all I want to say is that my experience with this place was very positive from start to finish and would recommend this place to anyone without a doubt. Thank you! :)"
