"Competent and friendly staff, but the prices are outrageous. We got our marriage licence here, it was $100. That is the highest anywhere charges. I was expecting $80, $90 at most. The government fee is $40. 150% markup is way too much."

"Just a terrible experience. Passed my drivers exam and went to process paperwork. There was an older Filipino lady with short hair and glasses that “helped” me. She had a terrible attitude. Due to the pandemic there are masks, plexiglass, and safety measures implemented so it is sometimes hard to hear. But she acted like it was such an inconvenience or my fault when I couldn’t hear her or she couldn’t hear me. I was skeptical of the bad reviews on the registry. But please train your staff to be more professional and respectful."

"I had my class 5 road test here. The staff was very nice but the examiner was worst. He failed me without even taking my exam. I was before time n with my documents. I had xerox of car insurance as our car broke and we had loaner. He declined on the basis of that. We called car company and we also called Edmonton police to confirm and both of them said that it’s ok to drive n give exam without original insurance as it’s still valid. We contacted the email provided for license but it’s been a month we dint get any response. A nice way to make money. The examiner named ‘Surgeh’ told me you can rebook and come again. So I pay again for no reason, I have been trying to get an appointment from last year and I finally got one n he failed me without any reason. Of course I saw him leaving just after my exam time. I was his last appointment for that day n may be he wanted to go home early or was tired. But I suffered because of his unprofessional behaviour. Now I am trying to rebook and I don’t see anything until December. I have 2 small kids n my husband will be travelling for work. So I am stuck with no License in winter because of some not so good examiner."

"Helpful Registry, Even though they have no control on Road test. On what test they offer or who does the test. They still helped me as much as they could."
