"Fast and friendly service. I did not have an issue with service everyone was friendly. The thing I would like to bring up is I have a scent allergy and get headaches And was surprised to be greeted with the strong smell of perfume. I asked the lady who helped us and she said they have some sort of automatic freshener/perfume machine. I let her know I was allergic and was getting a headache. I would have preferred to send this privately but did not see any email you the website. I did tell the lady who helped me but she never said anything about it I just asked her to be as quick as possible because I wanted to get out of there which she obliged. I’m surprised that a business would have strong perfume in the workplace. I am wondering if capilano registry would consider removing the perfume machine. I can’t be the only person with a scent allergy."

"I took my road test here today. I don’t know the name of the examiner but she was kind, professional and respectful. I did not interact with anyone else much."

"honestly when it comes down to customer service this place has zero absolutely none and then it turns out after I started checking the service fees this place adds they are almost 50% of the cost of what I was doing. I went outside and called five other places and found out that 25% is about correct across-the-board for service fees for the location but this location has lost my service forever the fact that they don't care at all that they rip people off myself included it is disgusting. You are not in Alberta business and you do not deserve to be here."
