"Sheila was very helpful and patient with my registration queries! I had a very complicated transfer of a plate to a new vehicle and she kept calm and carried on!"

"Ashlynn, a representative of Diamond Valley Registries is an absolute gem. I have been here several times before and Ashlynn never disappoints. She always goes the extra mile to ensure you have all the information and answers you require before you leave. They are doing a great job in this difficult time to provide a much appreciated service in our community. Thank you."

"Usually the service is nothing to complain about, staff are friendly, efficient and helpful; however we have noticed a decline as of late. Today a recent visit to the registries showed a lack in respectful customer service. We were hollered at from behind the dividers that they were ready for us instead of coming to greet us. The representative took a phone call once we sat down. I understand they need to answer phone calls as well, but we weren't asked if we could wait while on that call. Voicemail exists for a reason. Thirdly, during our request, another staff member came over and the two decided to talk to each other about their personal matters. This clearly can wait until clients have been served. We felt it was inconsiderate of our time. We do live in a small casual town but customer service shouldn't reflect so unprofessionally."
