"Took a driver's test here in July 2020. Failed it purely because of my own mistakes. The examiner was very polite and tolerant. The staff is prompt. The registry is large but at the present, due to the virus, is limited to several people inside at most, and the rest have to wait outside. If you come between 10 and 4:30, expect queues. The parking lot is usually pretty stuffed, though you can find a spot if necessary. Pros: good center location, polite and efficient staff Cons (as of July 2020): queues, sometimes outside as well"

"I was here to get some business documents. Very knowledgeable staff who works here. She asked the moment I was in registry before line up and I was served very well in time. It was good experience as compared to other places."

"Came in the register a vehicle, plate was in wife's name. Registry agent gave me the form I need to fill out, explained how to fill it out. When I brought it back, I was told I needed other forms signed and couldn't get it registered. It wasn't until I pushed back that the agent went and asked someone else and it turned out I had everything I needed. Choose a registry with better trained staff, don't waste your time here."

"Bussy but fast servicec Ms, Sharon was my examiner for road test. She is excellent examiner. She is patient and explains about test in such a great way that makes you comfortable for test and safe driving."

"Went there for my class 7, for the second time and when i went the first time i was immediately upset with the wait time, took about an hour. Today i went again, and there wasn’t a line but the workers were very mean, and honestly seemed like they hated their job! I was about to pass the class 7 test, but just before it one woman told me i was cheating and i was looking at my arm! She said their were answers written on there; so i proceeded to show her my arm, that it was ink free. She claimed johnathan had wiped it off, but i only had my healthcare card with me. What could i wipe it off with!? I was told that i couldn’t complete it, and i asked her when can i come back and she said the next day, as i can take it once a day. But policies say that if you break a rule you can’t come back for a month. This registry is the worst, don’t waste your money or your time here"
