"So I have been going here since it opened. I have two vehicles I register every year without problems. Today I was told that my one vehicle couldn't be registered as my husbands name was not on the insurance (it is but it doesn't show on the main paper) and both our names are in the registration paper. This has never been a problem. Their solution was for me to bring my husband in and he can sign a bill of sale over to me for a vehicle that we technically co-own. My other option is to bring my entire policy in to prove that both our names are on the policy so that it matches the registration. Well, I won't be spending my money here anymore for a company that wastes my time. If I have to go back I'm going to a different registry. I have way too many things on my plate to redo errands."

"I had a road test in this registry two weeks ago and I failed (it was my own mistake). However, the examiner gave me positive feedback and was supportive and helpful. Two weeks after that I booked another test at the same office and passed. This time the examiner was even more friendly and kind, and the test went very well. I recommend going to this office for road test, because the examiners seem to be fair and friendly."

"Excellent customer service. The dealership did not provide me with original hard copies for registration. The agent representative emailed the dealership and explained the situation and got the documents to me. Will use this registry for all our requirements in the future and will recommend to anyone."

"I visited this location last week for a custom plate, I was told my reasoning for the custom plate is not valid and the lady was extremely rude asking me the meaning of the plate. I told her my grandparents own the same plate back home and I want to keep the same plate on my first car and she told me to explain me why again and again. I have visited this location since it opened but now after the way the treat their customers I will not be visiting this registry again. Save the effort and go to any other registry than one."
