"Don’t go to this registry. Their Staff (like old car salesperson) will ripe you. Staff is trained ro only recommend options where they can make additional money. Many times I got a cost effective suggest from other registry and whereas their staff was insisting on Option where they can charge you extra. Are they on sales commission or get annual bonuses?"

"Do not go here for a road test. I had my road test this morning with an East Indian man and I unfortunately don't know his name as he did not give an introduction at all. He was so rude from the beginning to the end and looked like he hated his job and was just looking for a reason to fail me. He failed me because I turned right on a red light even though that is legal. I stopped then waited and turned right. That is a rule in the rule book and he was telling me that I don't know my rules even though I drove perfectly. He also did not show me the sheet at the end of what I did right or wrong. He simply said "come back next time" then walked out of my car. Definitely not coming back here and would not recommend anyone to come to this registry for your road test. Lots of people told me before not to go here but I went anyways and now I know why I shouldn't have gone. They just want your money and will come up with any excuse to fail you and take your money. I would give this registry 0 stars but 1 is the lowest so that will do."

"I passed my road test on the first attempt Gabriel was an effective communicator. Very friendly and reasonable. He tested everything and also provided feedback on where to improve. I know lot of people blame the registry for failing the road test, they have got nothing to do who and how they take the road test. Registry staff were friendly and fast on getting my license processed after the road test. Harjit was awesome at the registry very friendly"

"I was going to go back and give this place a second chance but thought i would see more reviews and how they were responded to . After seeing this response to a customers review ( see below) i will never step foot in a place that treats customers like this...Who says wah wah to a customer mentioning about how they feel waiting in line. There are plenty of way better registries to go to that will treat people with respect and not just a piece of dirt under their shoe. Response from the owner3 hours ago The Coronovirus lines around town do feel like 17th century black plague lines. Wah Wah. Right now on a Wednesday morning there are two people in line. Best time to come to a registry these days is mid week, late morning ;)"
