"The staff has always been helpful over the years rarely ran into a member having a rough day. Polite and courteous most times and they are very busy. Take alot of other rude peoples abuse during the day. So maintaining professionalism is impressive . Good hob licence center"

"Very hit and miss which is unfortunate. The bad is remembered more than the few good reps and visits."

"Went at lunch where it was busy, they have a sign that says shortest lineups from 9am to 11am which I believe. Still, even with my hour long lunch break I was able to get registration renewed and still had time to each which is a bonus."

"I went there last week to renew my license they did not want to do it because they said the letter I got was not the one they need, which wasn’t true, with the COVID the changed everything. And the lady was totally rude. I went to the other license center In town and they really helped me and understand that the letter I got was and official document."
