"I will give a 1 star for whomever I dealt with while I was in Fort McMurray as they were very nice and helpful. However, I have moved out of the province and the 2 times I called to get information on how to get my drivers abstract were awful. The first girl was nice but said she would email me info and she never did, the second lady I just spoke with was SO RUDE. She did not allow me to speak, cut me off, rushed through the phone call and did not allow me to finish asking my question before trying to answer. Awful customer service all around. Hopefully I never have to deal with anyone there again."

"Not very friendly staff, who would admit their mistake. You would expect person sitting on other side to do his/ her job properly but error on their side costed me a ticket. Went there to swap my plate from traded out vehicle to the new but attendant rather took my license and transferred vehicle from my second vehicle, resulting in us driving 1 vehicle with wrong plate and other unregistered vehicle, with wrong plate again. When i went there and explained everything to Manage, she was not willing to admit mistake rather said its 100% of my fault that i didnt verify before signing. Who asked to transfer the plate from vehicle which is not even in Question. All i was looking to get a letter saying its an human error. SO MAKE SURE TO CHECK EVERY PAPER TWICE AND MORE THAN THAT as these people dont know what they are doing,"

"Examiner is horrible. He lies about parallel parking; he says you must be parallel parked within 30 center metres, which is not true. Alberta Transportation says you must be not more than 50 meters from the curb and does not mention any maximum distance. If you get an automatic fail, please call and file a complaint about him as I did my homework, and he is wrong, but I am right. Also, the bylaws state 500 mm you must be parked from the curb, which does not translate to 30 cm. It's all a giant money grab with these registries."

"I have had a great experience with Punita at both locations in Fort Mcmurray. She goes beyond to help in any way she can to solve all issues. As a customer I felt she cared both personally and professionally to take care of my registration needs."
