"My daughter and I went to South Trail Crossing Registry to get her learners. Jenn was super friendly and helpful and informed us deadline time was 3pm for writing learner and it was 2:45. She asked us if we had all the correct papers in which we were missing. Jenn was very helpful in helping us what we needed and allowing my daughter to stay in queue while I went and got the correct papers. When I returned my daughter was at the counter with Derek who was also very helpful. He had everything all together and all I had to do was to show him the papers and get her checked in. We literally got her in with only one minute to spare. If it wasn't for Jenn and Derek's professionalism, assistance and friendliness we wouldn't have made it. And yes my daughter is now learning to drive, she passed!!!!! Thank you Jenn and Derek"

"The line outside moved fairly fast but practiced social distancing VERY well. Had a few general questions about learners and class 5 driver’s licenses. Spoke to a woman named Lisa and had all my questions answered and more. She was very professional but also super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. Very fast service as well, I was in and out in less then 30 minutes!"

"A couple of weeks ago I went to renew my drivers license and was standing in a line-up outside. It was a cool day and I wasn't wearing a coat. Jenn, the Registry Specialist, came outside to ask the people in line what services they were at the registry for. Jenn came up to me and started to ask me and then stopped and said "where is your coat". We chuckled and I said "I know, I should have one on". Jenn then told me to go wait inside the door of the registry so I would keep warm. She did explain to the few people of ahead of me that they would still be served before me. I thought that was a really kind gesture and I really appreciated how friendly she was and her great customer service. Way to go Jenn!!"

"This is a great registry. I went in for my air brakes knowledge test and failed the first time. I came back the very next day and met a very nice lady that worked there, her name was Jenn. She was very awesome and helped me calm my nerves before taking the test and gave me all the good vibes I needed to succeed in my exam. Best staff you could ask for.
