Driver’s knowledge test:

Before getting any class of licence in Alberta, you will need to take a drivers knowledge test. This tests your knowledge of traffic laws.

"Friendly staff and FAST service! I'm surprised by the amount of negative reviews because I have never had a bad experience myself. I feel like a lot of these might be people who don't have what they need?? (I have seen a few turned away by that). But a quick phone call can save a lot of headache! It can be pretty busy at times, but I understand they also have a lot of Bonnyville clients as well. Still the wait times are pretty short, considering. One time they had closed before the posted time, (maybe 5-10 min) but to be honest there was a very long line of folks to get to still, and really, no one should be expecting to do a long service when they come in at closing time. Courtesy goes both ways, folks! These ladies are very busy but if you are polite and patient with them, I guarantee you will be treated the same :)"

"noticed that when people voice their complaints, the staff automatically get defensive and claim that they're being abused or treated with disrespect of some kind. it really speaks volumes. they can do no wrong here at the registries office. very unprofessional. understandable that some people are just having a bad day and probably are being rude.... but when every single complainant is labeled abusive and uncivilized.. says more about the staff than the people."

"Totally unqualified staff. Witnessed the manager having a loud argument with a staff member in front of all of us in line. Very poor customer service, manager made many unfound excuses for her poor understanding of her obligations. Probably the least professional places I have dealt with."
