To take the knowledge test, you will need to go to an ICBC driver licensing office. Your knowledge test can take up to one hour, so please arrive at least two hours before closing time to get a spot.

"Great. Went just after lunch, had to wait about 20 minutes to get inside. Once inside, every thing moved along smoothly and efficiently. The entire process. Including wait, took only 40 minutes. All precautions were in place and the license area is clean. Well done."

"This place used to be bad, now it’s atrocious. Would give them zero stars if I could. Thanks for wasting my time. What a useless place. I look forward to the day all those peoples jobs are replaced by robots."

"It can certainly be a trying experience to get your mission accomplished at this place, but other times it can be a breeze. Make certain you have plenty of time to wait."

"Really happy with the service from walking in the door to leaving. I came in 30 min before close and the receptionist was kind, and helpful. Not anything of a long wait to see someone, and the service agent I was speaking with was also helpful and kind. Also, just from observation, everyone working the day I went in seemed polite, friendly and professional. A big difference from other small town, northern communities."

"Even though there’s only a small number of workers & kiosks, and the reception staff are only sometimes polite or helpful(some could be burnt out psychology & needing positive reinforcement)—yet the actual Service BC ladies that we have worked with when we have gone there for some thing or other over the years have always been helpful kind and informative of various procedures required for various things. Foregive me I do not remember her name, but the black lady that works there Feb 2018 is very intelligent with her job, kind, and easy to work with - she verbally walked our family through the steps and forms that we needed with a positive, kind, informative, and helpful demeanour and is an asset to her office-worth the wait to be helped by her."
