"This is the best place l have home, car and our complex is covered under HUB and our fee only increased by 20 dollars a month as the strata insurance is skyrocketing in costs now ours did not because of HUB. The staff are professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended."

"Great Insurance Broker! Service is outstanding. I’ve transferred trailers from AB to BC through them, as well as the usual vehicle insurance renewals and vehicle-vehicle transfers. The staff are kind and courteous, always willing to help."

"I just got a call from Sherry Wall, the ma ager of HUB insurance in Armstrong telling me to go somewhere else to renew my insurance because I questioned their protocol during the COVID19 pandemic. I received a text message awhile ago saying I will need to renew my insurance by phone. So I call and am told I will get a call back as I am put in cue. I miss the call back because I am outside. I call back and ask if they could give a time so I can be at my phone. They let me know that yes, they could probably do that. I thought that was great. I live in an area that gets very poor cell service and unless I am sitting at my kitchen table I can't get receive calls. They asked me for my email address. I get an email asking if I approve of renewing via email and reply with YES. Email to me is not a secure method to transfer personal information so I declined. Their reply was that I would be unable to renew. It seems ICBC will once again do as they please and dictate how your insurance needs should be handled. I voiced my concern about the security of my information. I get a phone call back from Sherry Wall telling me to go elsewhere for my insurance because they are short staffed and she made it sound like I was attacking her staff when what I was doing was trying to understand their process. Sherry refused to listen to me. I asked for her supervisors name. She said to find out myself and hung up. I am sadly disappointed that a manager of any business would respond to a long standing client in this manner. Professionally she should have addressed my concerns in a polite and courteous manner. I understand that it's a trying time for everyone. I think Sherry could use some isolation and some down time."
