"I have dealt with this insurance company for 35+yrs. Our house, vehicles, rv, really for anything.I recently moved to another province, and have been trying to get my home there insured while we are gone. Was given very rude service, and ultimately told to insure it where I'm now living. I will NEVER use them again and we do plan to move back there as this move is only temporary. This broker just lost her company some money, but perhaps doesn't care. Never have I been treated like my business was unimportant to them until now. Well, I'll take it elsewhere as she suggested."

"They are efficient, and knowledgeable. There can be a wait during peak hours, but what do you expect for a small town? Easy to get ICBC insurance, and had no problems getting a good rate on renters insurance."

"The place to go for insurance... staff are accommodating and efficient. You may need to wait as it's first in line service."

"Usually we deal with Chandra at this location, and she is always lovely, cheerful and helpful. Huge compliments to her! Went in today, and the employee who greeted myself and the customer ahead of me, was shocking in how rude and dismissive she was. Really unhappy. No one should be interacting with anyone like that, especially an employee to customers."

"So pleased how the ladies at HUB made it so easy to renew my mom's insurance whilst she was self isolating. Truly helpful and made a trying time less stressful! Thank you"
