To take the knowledge test, you will need to go to an ICBC driver licensing office. Your knowledge test can take up to one hour, so please arrive at least two hours before closing time to get a spot.

"Moved provinces before the State of Emergency was declared. Was unable to move my drivers license or insurance over to BC because of this. Had to make multiple phone calls to agencies without answers on what I can do until I reached this agency.
