"Clean floor. Waiting time is acceptable. Waiting area is wide and with chairs provided. The space is pretty organized. Employees are basically nice and friendly, however not everyone! Process speed is normal. Cash and Debit Cards are accepted. Overall experience is not bad."

"There are not enough parking spots for a large facility like this one, especially with so many people lining up outside the building. I got lucky and grabbed the last spot but others had to circle looking or going elsewhere for a spot. I booked an appointment online and was glad to see the lines were clearly marked, but was disappointed to see that both the drop-in lineup and the appointment lineup alternated with the number of people going in. Should have been prioritizing those with appointments first and if there were space available, then target the drop-in line. Otherwise why would we want to book an appointment weeks in advance when one can drop in an get the same service? Once i got in, the receptionist and personnel who I worked with were good and got the job done quickly and efficiently."

"Just did my road test here. It was after the regular ICBC hours which was actually amazing because there was no traffic in the lot. My examiner was super friendly. I forgot his name but all I know is that he's quite funny and is currently taking data science courses online!"
