Knowledge tests for all licence classes are offered in all DriveTest Centres. Knowledge tests are written tests that determine whether you have a good understanding of the rules of the road and traffic signs. They consist of multiple-choice questions based on the official drivers handbooks.

Road tests (for cars/vans/small trucks; motorcycles; and commercial vehicles) assess your driving skills according to MTO criteria. A road test involves driving your own vehicle with a driver examiner as an observer.

"The instructor was very good. No fuzz. He explained few stuff, got into the car and here we go. Test was nice...it took around 10 minutes and I passed the test. Some suggestion, dont book slot after 3PM. There is lot of rush and streets are narrow."

"Imagine stepping on a piece of lego, not a good time. Now times that by a 1,000. By far the worst experience I have ever had, nothing to do with the establishment but with the one lady who was working there. If you so clearly hate your job, you should probably move on and not ruin every single persons day who has to go there. Every one was in fear of this person who was counting down the minutes from when she could leave from the second she showed up. Drive test should do her a favour and let her go, therefore putting her out of her misery. 0/5"

"It is impossible to get into contect with them. I am currently overseas on a posting and due to them not having an email and all of the numbers I can find associated with them being disconnected or fake I cant talk to anyone working there."
