"This centre only have one driving test examiner since it's a small city. If you are coming for a Class 7 or 5 test, they will ask you for a photo Identification which can be International passport or PR card. This office has accessibility parking and entrance which makes it accessible to everyone."

"The guy who runs drivers training (Terry W.) is exceptionally rude. He was overly confrontational about us being 10 minutes late for our appointment. Then when I explained my wife did not speak English he started asking us what we would do if the RCMP pulled her over. As if speaking English or French is a requirement to live here. (It's not) and if that situation were to occur that would be a problem for the RCMP to deal with. The exam is offered in 300 different languages but both the body language and tone told didn't require translation. I was surprised when I phoned his supervisor (Dave C) that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Dave started trying to justify the actions of Terry without having been in the room. He told me that calling 20 days later was too late to lodge a complaint which is a ridiculous claim. At the end of the day I expect my insurance company and crown corp to have good customer service. I was surprised by Terry's actions and to be honest the way in which Dave dealt with my complaint. I was embarrassed because my wife did not deserve that kind of questioning. Especially from a drivers examiner at SGI. I will be phoning to find out when Terry is on vacation or traveling to Battleford for services and suggest you do the same. If anyone else has had issues with Terry please make sure the complaint is registered."

"Disrespectful driving instructor i'm sorry to say out the name but his name is Terry. My son was very happy about going for his drivers test and he did fine he got everything right except for one thing he did that he said was wrong. He is also extremely racist if he knows your from another country he will use that as his advantage. He couldn't understand english very well but he can talk a bit and Terry scared him i haven't seen my son that scared before he has lots of friends and very involved in the community. Anyways Terry have a good day."
