"Amazing experience here at ICBC today. I had Wayne as an instructor and not only was extremely friendly, he made me feel much less nervous for my driving test. After the road test, he told me what I did well on and what I could improve on and I never once felt tricked during my exam. He gave clear and precise instructions well in advance and even though I was still nervous throughout, I felt just having a conversation with him while driving was extremely pleasant. I can't imagine how the instructors are feeling having to work overtime to make up for the back up of testers due to Covid-19, and despite it being a long day, Wayne and even the check-in receptionists were still as encouraging and as friendly as ever. Great service here at the Lougheed branch."

"I took my road test here two days ago and I passed with the 1st attempt! The examiner was very polite, professional and understanding and did not ask for anything weird or unexpected during the road test. Even during the road test right after parallel parking, I was caught off guard with an out of the blue foot cramp, so I had to get off the car and do a few stretches, but thankfully she was so understanding and accommodating that she did not mind it. So far, I have had two experiences with ICBC Burnaby and I cannot recommend this location enough. Everyone from the manager to the staff behaves politely and professionally and I will definitely take my class 4 test at this specific location! Thank you very much for keeping the high standards and behaving so professionally."

"Very organized and clean in there. Make sure you read the instructions on the website, as well as listen to the instructions inside. Clear markings on the floor for distancing and they have shields up. Went in and even though there were some people in there, it all went very quickly and efficiently."
