Get ready for your visit to a B.C. driver licensing office by double-checking what ID you need, how much you will have to pay, and how to book your appointments.

To take the knowledge test, you will need to go to an ICBC driver licensing office. Your knowledge test can take up to one hour, so please arrive at least two hours before closing time to get a spot.

"Used to be reliable for online banking...no longer. So glitchy now, and calling the general number is so pointless...if I have to hear that phrase "we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes" one more time...if that is your normal message, CC, guess what...expect the new higher than normal call volumes to be your new normal...and don't wait for too many months to figure that out, please."

"Dont ever answer there own phones...you get transferred to call centers and if you wish to speak to them personally they insist you have to go in to branch...!! Call center staff claim they cannot personally contact the exact branch either...what exceptional customer service...the insurance side you claim you have nothing to do with has your name on it...but you wipe your hands free of being accountable for any of their services...just lovely"
