"I went in last week (02/15/19) there were only two ladies working one of which has worked there a very long time and is always a pleasure to deal with The other lady whom I never had seen before was not pleasant at all!! There were two of us waiting to be served while the one lady was with another customer, and I was next in line. I was there to do a registration, and instead of coming up and asking "Can I help who is next?" the new lady just walked up without even a smile or any eye contact and says "who is here for insurance?" I should have been the next to be served but she apparently only wanted to work on insurance rather than take the next person in line. This reflects poorly on Westland, who in this small town is known for much better customer service than this. Big city attitude doesn't go over well in our small town. You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. :) NOTE AFTER WESTLAND RESPONSE TO REVIEW: How the manager can address my concerns is to simply have a friendlier and happier disposition expected of their transient employees. This ladies attitude might have been from a bad day or whatever but she came across very rude. The two ladies that have been there for a long time are both a pleasure to deal with. I will just make sure to go in on the days I know they are working. Just smile more and have a good day!"

"Unfortunately zero stars on my recent visit to the Pemberton branch. The young lady behind the desk obviously does not wish to be there, and it comes through in her attitude of thinly veiled contempt. Please Miss, do yourself, and the people you deal with, a favour; force a smile, or just go find somewhere you'll be happy. Conversely the other ladies at the branch are exemplary, and extremely helpful."
