"When I entered the office two customers were being helped by office staff, while 4 or 5 other employees did other duties. While I waited patiently for 5 minutes on my social distance circle for someone to acknowledge me, another customer came in and asked if they could enter since me and another lady were already waiting on the circles and immediately someone from behind the counter came up and asked if they were doing insurance or driver licensing. Before I could answer that I wanted to do both those things, the person who arrived AFTER ME walked up to the counter to talk to this new counter person (Sharon) for their service and completely ignored the fact that there were 2 people waiting ahead of her. So this person recieved their service before me and the other lady who came in at the same time as me. When we expressed that I had been there first and me and the lady in front of me were already waiting she barely said sorry and carried on the service to the lady who cut the line. Extremely unprofessional."

"Best Customer Service Ever. We were abandoned by an insurance provider in Castlegar while trying to get a newly purchased vehicle home to the coast. I called Devon at Westland in Osoyoos and she got us moving. We needed an insurance solution late on a Friday afternoon, and at 5:15 pm Devon came up with one. The broker in Castlegar told us to try again on Monday, Devon got us home on Saturday. Besides saving us a bunch of money on hotel rooms, she simply cared and took care of us. Awesome service."
