"Been here lots for various reasons and always been very satisfied with pretty much everything from customer service / convenience / wait time etc. Was there very early in year and the service rep was amazing. She was very courteous friendly informative and went out of her way on a concern. Now we come to a recent visit.... All the staff were polite and positive... Up until we got to the counter. The rep was out right verbally rude, condescending, and left me feeling judged. This was first thing in morning she may have had two or three ppl prior so not like "a bad day"... I started my day off good until this moment and took a few hours shake this negative vibe off... Went to another store later on had several staff say good morning. You know what I mean balance the mindset back. Point is MPI rep if your reading this. Understand your behaviour and actions affects other ppl. You work in customer service. If you cannot just be nice walk away a moment then come back and fake nice until you can be nice. If things are stressful then maybe MPI has a work program you can talk to... I forgive you... But you need be aware... And for the rest of the MPI workers I give you 5 stars but Google don't let us do that ... But good job and thanks for the work you do."
