"The worst experience i ever had in my whole life till date. The customer service lady was really bad, or should i say the worst. She was saying things so silently and when i said sorry and i didnt heard her she was really mean. I dont want to explain the whole thing. I think she is just mean to me because am not from here and for the next person who needed help she was saying things so nicely and laughing and pointing things note by note. I was like wait whaaaaat. So if you are going there for some reason and if you are not from canada and if you are getting help from a lady so just expect the worst. There is 4 counters and there was one guy and 3 ladies when i visited and except this lady all were nice."

"Had a pathetic experience with SGI Saskatchwen drive office. Don't know how to speak with the customers. Provided incorrect information earlier and later on didn't even apologised for those."

"Can't even get an appointment! I booked online, no date or time was given. I called to arrange a date and time, and the guy on the phone didn't even tell me when my appointment was, let alone ask what date/time works for me. He just said he'll send me an email with the appointment. Nothing. Tweeted at SGI and they passed my info along to the manager there to have her call me. Never received a call. This office is a joke. The rest of us still working right now can do our jobs, why can't you?"

"The staff in this office needs to learn to show some respect and common courtesy while serving customers. I walked up the counter and the lady was making a Ham sandwich in front of me and asked me to wait until she finish making her sandwich. I waited patiently and when I asked her a genuine question she seemed angry and flipped her screen and started pointing out to me whatever was written on the screen. I would request SGI that please train your employees to treat their customers with respect and dignity."
